Negro ethics
Once again Charlie Rangel has won a election in Harlem. This man has no ethics what so ever and neither do the negro voters who voted him in. They have no problem that he is a crook. They think it is fine to steal from the goverment. The negro has always had less morals than the white man.

This is definitely a case for term limitations so this dictatorship behavior is neutralized.
It's time the white lawyers send this shitass to prison and they should have blocked him from running for election until proven innocent. The real culprit here is a corrupt system in Washington that permits this type of control and graft.

My great grandmammy's maiden name was Sainz and was from Mexico. I hope she was as hot as Inez is.
